Warming up and stretching before starting any physical labour work is crucial for preventing injuries and ensuring optimal performance.
Warming up helps to increase body temperature, heart rate and blood flow, preparing the body for the upcoming physical activity.
We highly recommend that all staff complete a warm up and stretch before commencing any work.
